Thank you for visiting Hairarchy Hair, who deal with Hair Extensions. Please read this Return, Refund & Exchange Policy, providing consent to document in order to have permission to use our services.

 

SHIPPING
Hairarchy Hair Extensions Offer Shipping and delivery in 4-7 business days.

 

CASH ON DELIVERY
We provide the cash-on-delivery service, where our courier partners have the provisions to allow such a form of collection. Please ensure your delivery address is correct when you check out on your purchase, based on which you may or may not get a COD option.

 

– Please keep in mind the points stated below-

  1. Cash-on-Delivery order is processed upon verification by our operation team either via email or phone call.
  2. The shipping pin code provided should be in the serviceable area of the above-mentioned logistic service.
  3. Do not open the product to see and check or to return it at the time of delivery.
  4. No credit card/debit card/cheque/demand draft is accepted in COD delivery, only Cash is accepted.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
We will keep you updated on the status of your order from the date of order till dispatch through our Order Tracking Id. On dispatch of your order, you will receive your shipment details & tracking number by e-mail. You may simply check the status by visiting the courier partner’s website.
If you do not receive our delivery confirmation e-mail or face any issue in tracking your order, please contact us via email or phone.

 

Return and Exchange Policy
 

- We only provide exchange and not returns.

 

- You can only exchange the products within 6 days of receiving it, provided that it is not a sale or discounted order, and there is a valid reason for the exchange. Post the first 6 days, no exchanges will be possible.

 

A few things you MUST READ TRACKING while asking for return or refund:

 

Before sending the product back, make sure that the goods are in the same condition as they were when shipped out. We will not accept any products that have been used or altered (washed, cut, or brushed in the case of curly or wavy hair).

  1. Please make an unboxing video of the package you receive to claim any physical damage or missing product. Make sure to record the video before opening the courier seal, so that it shows the true status of the products.  Returns/exchanges on claims of damage or defective products will only be accepted with the valid video proof.
  2. Make sure to mention your order number and contact number clearly on the package when returning the goods to us.
  3. The cost of shipping back is borne by you, the buyer. We suggest that the shipping be done with a tracking option because Hairarchy will not be liable for any damages and loss that occur while the goods are being returned.

  5. In cases where a return is possible, we only process replacement product once the original product is recieved. Please note that Rs200 will be deducted for all exchanges/returns to account for our shipping and logistical expenses.
