Thank you for visiting Hairarchy Hair, who deal with Hair Extensions. Please read this Payment Policy, providing consent to document in order to have permission to use our services.

  1. Payment Methods: We accept payments through various methods including cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments.
  2. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your appointment for hair extension installation or any hair extension services. The remaining balance is due at the time of the appointment.
  3. Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation, please inform us at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If you fail to inform us within 48 hours, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.
  4. Refunds: We do not offer refunds on any hair extension services, including installation, removal, or maintenance. However, if there is a quality issue with the hair extensions, we will do our best to resolve the issue and make any necessary adjustments.
  5. Product Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges on any hair extensions or products purchased from us, except in cases of defective or damaged products.
